A pre-mixed classic cocktail with a twist!
Cacao husks are usually discarded when making chocolate, which Xavier thought was a shame as they retain so much chocolatey character.
Several trials on the rotovap later, he had combined our Wild Forest gin and cacao husks to create a chocolate distilled gin. This is blended with our Bitter Citrus Aperitivo and some sweet vermouth to create a ready-to-drink Negroni.
Tasting: Fragrant orange and chocolate on the nose. Flavours of bitter orange and a hint of sweetness with a bold pop of dark chocolate filling your mouth on the finish.
