Description
Our Wild Forest Gin is the only Australian gin to feature mastic gum. It only grows in one place, the Greek island of Chios, and has been used as a traditional medicine for over 2,500 years.
More commonly used in a variety of desserts, Xavier selected mastic gum for its refreshing pine aroma and flavour which enhance the characteristics of juniper.
Tasting notes: a juniper forward, herbaceous gin, bursting with Mediterranean flavours.
Botanicals: Mastic, juniper, mastic gum, orris root, cassia bark, angelica root, coriander seed, ginger, nutmeg, rosemary, bay leaf, lemon myrtle, green cardamon, black pepper, long pepper, lemon and orange peel.
