Description

Xavier used two different base spirits to create Midnight Vodka. Wheat based spirit gives a slight sweetness while the grape based spirit adds a wonderful texture.

After distillation using our traditional pot still, the vodka is finished by resting it on Japanese charcoal to increase the purity and texture of the final spirit.

How to Drink

Midnight Vodka Martini

60ml Midnight Vodka

30ml Dry Vermouth

Fresh lemon peel

Stir ingredients in an ice-filled mixing glass. Strain into a chilled couple glass and garnish with fresh lemon
