What began as an exploration of flavour became a true collaboration in craft. The Mulberry team brought their creativity and deep understanding of balance behind the bar into the distillery, working alongside Xavier to shape a spirit that speaks to place, purpose, and passion. 

The Mulberry x Saint Felix Greenhouse Gin captures this spirit of collaboration, a meeting point between distilling expertise and culinary imagination, grounded in native ingredients and inspired by a shared love of innovation. 

Saint Felix Distillery proudly presents a special-release gin crafted in collaboration with the Mulberry Group — a celebration of craftsmanship, creativity, and shared values. 

This unique spirit was developed through a hands-on blending and distillation workshop at our distillery, in Mordialloc. The Mulberry Group team joined us behind the scenes to taste, blend, and refine a recipe that embodies both brands' bold and expressive approach to flavour.

The final product is a vibrant, juniper-forward gin enriched with hand-harvested. Bright, herbaceous, and versatile, it’s a spirit designed to elevate cocktails and stand confidently on its own.
