Cherry & Cacao Husk Brandy
The first of our limited release aged spirits – A decadent union of black cherries macerated in six year old brandy and double-distilled cacao husk grape spirit rested in shiraz oak casks from the Barossa. Cherry & Cacao Husk Brandy evokes black forest cake notes of syrupy morello cherries and dark chocolate.
Inspired by the Black Forest Cake of South Germany. Folklore tells of women feasting on sweet forest cherries under the new moon to preserve their youthful beauty.
