Method

In a highball glass pour gin and a half measure of soda, add ice to the top, give it a gentle stir, top up with soda. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Method

In a wine glass pour Saint Felix Bitter Citrus Aperitivo and half measure of sparkling wine, add ice to the top, give a gentle stir, top up with wine. Garnish with an orange wedge.

Method

In a cocktail shaker pour Saint Felix Yuzu & Green Tea, sugar syrup and lime juice. Shake for approximately 8-10 seconds. Strain into a chilled rocks glass and add ice. Garnish with a lime or lemon wedge.
