Saint Felix Gin & Tonic

Method: In a highball glass pour gin and a half measure of soda, add ice to the top, give it a gentle stir, top up with soda. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

— 50ml Gin
— 125ml Tonic Water
— Highball Glass
— Cubed Ice
— Lemon Wedge

Saint Felix Bitter Citrus Aperitivo Spritz

Method: In a wine glass pour Saint Felix Bitter Citrus Aperitivo and half measure of sparkling wine, add ice to the top, give a gentle stir, top up with wine. Garnish with an orange wedge.

— 50ml Bitter Citrus Aperitivo
— 100ml Sparkling Wine
— Wine Glass
— Cubed Ice
— Orange Wedge

Saint Felix Yuzu
& Green Tea Gimlet

Method: In a cocktail shaker pour Saint Felix Yuzu & Green Tea, sugar syrup and lime juice. Shake for approximately
8-10 seconds. Strain into a chilled rocks glass and add ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

— 60ml Yuzu & Green Tea
— 30ml Lime Juice
— 20ml Sugar Syrup
— Rocks Glass
— Cubed Ice
— Lime Wedge
